Delivered Is Not Proof
A delivery label can succeed while the package promise fails.

The app says delivered. The customer checks the door. Nothing is there.
The relied-upon promise was not that a delivery status would change. The promise was that the package reached a customer-accessible place.
What proof would matter?
A timestamp is not enough. A photo may help, but only if it shows the correct reachable place. The proof has to witness the promise, not merely the route workflow.

- Promise: The package reached a customer-accessible place.
