Run the 7-question Praxis Check.

Start with one product signal: delivered, resolved, issued, confirmed, approved, completed, or answered. Then ask what would prove the relied-upon promise was actually kept.

Praxis modeling canvas visual.

Recognizable problem

The product signal can succeed while the promise fails.

Do not start with the theory. Start with what the product said had happened. Then ask who relied on it, what they did because they trusted it, where the promise was encountered, and what proof would matter.

  1. What did the product say had happened?
  2. What promise did someone rely on?
  3. Who relied on it?
  4. What did they do or stop doing because they trusted it?
  5. Through what carrier was the promise encountered?
  6. What evidence would show the promise was kept or validly refused?
  7. What would make the product look successful while the promise was betrayed?

Worked example

Wrong-door delivery.

The app says delivered. The customer checks the door. Nothing is there. The product surface produced a success signal, but the relied-upon promise was not kept.

Signal
Delivered
Promise
The package reached a customer-accessible place.
Missing proof
Reliable evidence of correct delivery.
Betrayal
The product looks successful while the customer is still harmed.
