Completion Is Not Proof
Workflow completion can hide an unkept promise.

A workflow can complete while the customer, patient, developer, merchant, passenger, or operator is still betrayed by the outcome.
Completion proves that something moved through a process. It does not automatically prove that the relied-upon promise was kept.
The check
- What does the product call complete?
- What does the relying person need to be true?
- What evidence would witness that truth?
- What would make the product look successful while that truth fails?
- Who owns repair when the state is wrong?
